Champagne Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru – 75cl

Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes and is also known as “the Lace of Champagne” for its very fine and persistent white mousse… It is a very pale and bright champagne with green reflections, where the effervescence is lighter than in other champagnes thanks to a less powerful fermentation in the bottle. On the nose, the first aromas are citrus – lime and grapefruit – followed by white flowers, with a touch of almonds and toast appearing as it opens in the glass. Finally, on the palate, the entry is lively, leading to a complex combination of citrus fruits and white flowers. The effervescence is extremely fine, silky and creamy, and the finish is fresh and long.
